I grew up in the real estate business. I’m the daughter of a successful real estate developer, and I understand the property marketplace — and its economics — from the ground up.

If you were to ask my clients, I believe many would vouch for my accurate and timely market data retrieval and analytic skills. That’s an important component. But first, it’s very important that I understand your needs and wants — from choice of housing type and style, to neighbourhood and budget. Thorough and timely communication is also critical. My local and international clients (I also speak German) respect me for my tenacity and negotiating skills, and my ability to balance their needs with the swift dynamics of market realities. Once we’ve established our working relationship, I believe that we become a unified team, and I know this teamwork approach is critical in leading us to best outcomes.
